About the Role
Role Purpose:
The Senior AI Engineer will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and end-to-end management of AI solutions across the Banking as a Service (BaaS) platform, with a specific focus on the application of generative AI.

Country where services will be rendered:
The nature of this role may require the individual to provide services across different entities within the EFT Corporation Group as and when required. This could involve temporary assignments, projects, or responsibilities that extend beyond the specific entity to which the individual is initially assigned. The willingness to adapt and contribute to the broader objectives of the group is essential for success in this role.
Requirements
What you need to succeed:
Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related degree in a STEM field.
Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, with strong knowledge of generative AI technologies and their applications.
Advanced experience in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other relevant AI and machine learning frameworks.
Experience in working with relational and non-relational databases.
Comfortable working with cloud services such as AWS and Azure.
Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with crossfunctional teams.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
Strong understanding of the financial services industry and experience in fintech or BaaS environments is highly advantageous.
Excellent communication and management skills, capable of managing projects and stakeholder expectations in a fully remote environment.
